Understanding very grounds of the Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal decision separating the institutions of citizenship and marriage (only between man and woman as recognised in Australia) is wondering why a separatist approach could have applied to checking the checked luggage being in a custody and sole responsibility of the air carrier – the United Airlines if even procedure had undisputedly legally been executed by a non-United Airlines separate USTSA staff deployed for?
